Thursday Night iMPACT Review – The Nygma’s Last Word(s)
The action was great in a terrible episode. Ten days before TNA Slammiversary, did TNA Wrestling want to shoot itself in the foot? It rains Ultimate-X matches contenders, just like that. Nic Nemeth and Mike Santana bickered like ladies in a make-up shop. Mustafa Ali still has no challenger for TNA Slammiversary. At this point, the Archbishop of Canterbury would make it. KC Navarro has turned into a toy in the hands of Santana and Nemeth.
The AMC era is really something fascinating in the way we come from excellent episodes to awful ones. Well, we stick to eight matches for TNA Slammiversary, even if Mustafa Ali still has no challenger. The 2 or 3 remaining matches are so easily predictable. Stipulation match for Elijah vs AJ Francis; Indi Hartwell & Mara Sadé vs. Ash by Elegance & Elayna Black. Maybe another Knockouts match?
That’s all for the TNA Thursday Night iMPACT review of the week. If you want a dishonestly honest Nygma point of view, you’ll always find it here. In the 1990s, U2 was asking us to “watch more TV.” Nygma says: Watch more TNA. Have you watched the stunning TNA Immersed documentary on Eddie Edwards? I give you all the best here. Till next week, may the Nygma be with you.
