WWE Raw Preview for May 18, 2026: Tag Team Division on WWE Raw
WWE tag teams, beware. Los Garza were plucked from obscurity last week and chucked around like they were Kai En Tai by an angry Oba Femi. Sorry, what’s the most popular guy in WWE Ooooo-ba got to be sulky about? Oh yeah, nobody answered his open challenge.
So please, oh please, somebody answer it this week. Otherwise, Oba might hunt the tag team bargain basement for another poor team. I hear the Headbangers are still wrestling. Perhaps Demolition could take their newly minted WWE Hall of Fame rings out for a test run on Femi’s face?
In the actual tag team division, Brie Bella and Paige will be forced to prove their return from obscurity to win the Women’s Tag Team gold at WWE WrestleMania 42 wasn’t a fluke. Former champs, and former fans, Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez are the challengers. It’s hard to imagine Bella and Paige would drop the straps so soon after winning them. But with Liv Morgan willing to attack on behalf of the challengers, it’s hard to write them off, too.
Has Fatu Bitten Off More Than He Can Chew?
Jacob Fatu is going the right way about getting a proper Bloodline hiding. If we forget all his naughty behavior in the build-up to WWE Backlash, there’s still enough to him to get a good slap on the wrist.
Last week alone, he refused to acknowledge Roman Reigns – naughty. Slapped Jey Uso – naughty naughty. Threw Jimmy Uso into a barricade – naughty, naughty, naughty. Finally, he put Reigns through a table and applied the Tonga Death Grip – naughty times a million. The Bloodline will be out for, well, blood on WWE Raw. And only the Samoan Werewolves will do.
Finally, Sol Ruca is going to get into it for real with Becky Lynch very soon. JD McDonagh owes Finn Balor one for launching his trademark massive head into a wall. And all the fake luchadors involved in the El Grande Americano situation have just two more weeks to try and convince WWE Raw fans that they gotta fly to Mexico for their big Mask vs. Mask match.
