Seth Rollins & Bron Breakker Finally Go To War
It has been six months since Bron Breakker booted Seth Rollins from the Vision. It was a bold power play by the hungry lion, and one that has taken its time getting to their showdown. Yes, injuries have gotten in the way, but the half-year build has increased the tension for this blowoff. They have been engaged in a surprisingly captivating war of words, followed by enough brawling to whet the appetite.
Rollins and Breakker’s issues aren’t going to be solved in one night, as their personal animosity runs deep. It’s a program WWE will run for a while, but their first match has to be fantastic. This is a huge program that should drive Monday Night Raw forward, and we should witness some tremendous fireworks at WWE Backlash 2026.
A Family Matters Main Event
It’s a sure bet that Roman Reigns will defend his World Championship against Jacob Fatu in the main event on Saturday. A World Championship should always be the main event of the night, but the build towards this family showdown shows us why. Fatu and Reigns ’ promos have gotten as personal as they can.
Reigns has been great in his want to make Jacob Fatu earn his spot, and the Samoan Werewolf has sold his unhinged character perfectly. Seeing Fatu get the advantage over the World Champion has sold his ability to win the match at Backlash 2026. There is no way that he is going to, but the slight ambiguity helps to increase the excitement.
Roman Reigns delivers in World Championship matches. He has always stepped up his game when the gold is on the line, so we are going to see a passable match here. Jacob Fatu is a lunatic the likes of which Roman Reigns has never faced. The family war will be a fun one to watch and will be a great main event for WWE Backlash 2026.
