Danhausen Lands Big Opportunity at WWE Backlash 2026

Danhausen has been an absolute hit since debuting back at Elimination Chamber, and now, he has the opportunity to further his Legendhausen at WWE Backlash 2026 in Tampa, Florida. Danhausen has cursed some of the most prominent names, from iShowSpeed, Kit Wilson, and his now arch-nemesis and would-be mentor, The Miz. For the A-Lister, Danhausen has been a hell-sent.

The Very Nice, Very Evil star has made The Miz, well, MIZerable. He has crashed the vow renewal of The Miz and his wife, the former Divas Champion Maryse. Apart from that, Danhausen has cost The Miz and Kit Wilson the WWE Tag Team Championship, along with other mishaps that ended in Miz and Kit on the receiving end of a bad situation. On this week’s WWE SmackDown, Miz tried to trick Danhausen once again by “making amends,” and he actually succeeded, handing a beatdown of a lifetime to Danhausen.

Battle at WWE Backlash

Backstage, a battered Hausen would confront SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis, demanding a match with The Miz and Kit Wilson. Aldis was not receptive to the idea at first, considering Danhausen was absolutely outnumbered. That said, he’s willing to compromise.

Nick Aldis informed him that if he can find a partner, then he’s got Kit Wilson and The Miz at WWE Backlash 2026 in Tampa in a tag team match. Danhausen lit up, looking to get it done to exact his revenge. Despite Danhausen’s unorthodox personality and look, he’s proven more than capable in the ring and actually dangerous in the right setting.

With revenge on his mind, Danhausen will have to search far and wide and secure a partner to help him with The Miz and Kit Wilson, but the real question here is, has Danhausen established enough good grace for someone to stand by him in Florida?

Only time will tell as WWE Backlash just got a lot bigger.
