WWE SmackDown Predictions are here for March 20, 2026. This week’s episode is taking place at the Lenovo Center in Raleigh, North Carolina, as WWE is very juicy on the road to WrestleMania 42.
There are already two SmackDown-affiliated world title matches made official for the biggest show of the year: Jade Cargill (c) vs. Rhea Ripley and Cody Rhodes (c) vs. Randy Orton. The biggest highlight last week was when Randy Orton betrayed Cody Rhodes and turned heel in their WWE Title Contract Signing.
This week on SmackDown, two matches and one segment have been officially scheduled: Nia Jax & Lash Legend (c) vs. Bella Twins for the Women’s Tag Titles and Motor City Machine Guns vs. Fraxiom in a Tag Team Match. Also, Kit Wilson called out Jelly Roll after he punched Miz in the face on Miz TV and later sided with Cody Rhodes in the main event after his ally, Randy Orton, committed such a dastardly act. Without further ado, here are the official SmackDown Predictions for March 20, 2026.
Nia Jax & Lash Legend (c) vs. Bella Twins: WWE Women’sTag Titles Match
When Nia Jax and Lash Legend defended their tag titles against Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss last week, it was rudely interrupted by the returning Bella Twins. Flair and Bliss were on the verge of winning the titles before Bella Twins stuck their noses where they didn’t belong.
Henceforth, Flair and Bliss will return the favor this week and force a disqualification finish by attacking Bella Twins. Bella Twins will win the return match but not the titles due to champion’s advantage, as Jax and Legend will walk into Mania the champs.
Prediction: Bella Twins (via DQ)
Motor City Machine Guns vs. Fraxiom
Motor City Machine Guns have been teasing dissension due to Alex Shelly focusing more on his former mentor, Johnny Gargano, and his depressive state rather than MCMG, but breaking them up would be asinine because they are not strong enough as singles stars.
Candice LeRae will encourage Gargano to help them win the match not only to get revenge against Fraxiom but also build a new heel faction. Gargano would be on Chris Sabin’s good side by helping them win, justifying Alex Shelley’s allegiance to his former mentor.
Prediction: Motor City Machine Guns
