Sports. Honestly. Since 2011

NXT's Arianna Grace retained the TNA Knockouts World Champion on the live episode of TNA Thursday Night iMPACT

TNA Thursday Night iMPACT Results and Review (3/5/26) – the Sacrificial Lambs

The Best of the Rest

  • Rosemary muttered about having one last shot to make things right.
  • Rich Swann comforted BDE after their match. Losses don’t define them, but how they handle it does. Trey Miguel joined them, but Order 4 interrupted them. Mustafa Ali will return next week.

The Nygma’s Last Word(s)

I honestly don’t know what to think about this episode. Action was good, for sure, but I don’t really understand where the company wants to go. The possibilities are huge. Then, what is the right tempo to put them on a timeline? Steve Maclin gets a title chance before Nemeth or Edwards, who earned their chance. With Mance Warner and Steph De Lander out, AJ Francis now messes up with the Home Town Man and Elijah. A bit complicated, unless my mind makes it complicated (I confess, very busy Nygma…).

That’s all for the TNA Thursday Night iMPACT results of the week. The name “After The Bell” may have disappeared, but the Nygma spirit of the pieces will never disappear. If you want a dishonestly honest Nygma point of view, you’ll always find it here. The show known as “TNA iMPACT” changed to “TNA Thursday Night iMPACT.” Whatever, iMPACT is and remains TNA Wrestling’s flagship weekly show. Till next week, may the Nygma be with you.

About Steph Franchomme

Steph, for Stephanie, is not only eNYGMAtic, charismatic, but also “très chic.” Living in France, her birth country, she broke the language barrier to become a respected writer and interviewer on many wrestling promotions. She has developed a very special bond with TNA Wrestling over time to the point of becoming an Authority on the company. The French Nygma, as she loves to call herself, has been a wrestling writer and editor for nearly a decade for SteelChair Magazine/Wrestling SC, TWM and Distortion Media. She has interviewed hundreds of wrestlers from WWE, MLW, TNA, NXT, AEW, and many more promotions. The Nygma is now the new “Authority” on TNA Wrestling and NXT for Last Word on Pro Wrestling. The writer/editor also runs @3WWrestling, her own platform.
