WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship Match
For the first time in over 10 years, AJ Lee challenges for a WWE Title, as Becky Lynch puts the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title on the line. Things started slowly for Lee, understandably so, since this is her first singles match in a long time.
Lee would get her bearings in, even nabbing a near-fall and submitting Lynch while the referee was out. Lynch would try to go to the well one last time and smash Lee’s head in on the exposed turnbuckle steel. But Lee would counter into the Black Widow, earning her the win and becoming #AndNEW WWE Women’s Intercontinental Champion.
