WWE NXT Results and Review (2/17/26) – Ego Injuries

Kelani Jordan prevailed

Since 2023, Kelani Jordan and Lola Vice have squared off 11 times (singles or team match). They seem to be each other’s Joker to their Batman. Kelani Jordan tapped into a ruthless side of her that has been seldom seen. Jordan went right after Vice’s injured right hand, even ducking the spinning backfist, which led to Vice inadvertently smashing it into a wall. Vice rallied, but she couldn’t secure a grip on her submission, allowing Jordan to counter with a match-winning submission of her own.

Ricky Saints’ challenge to Joe Hendry

Joe Hendry attacked Ricky Saints in the parking lot. We found Joe Hendry in the ring. He called out Saints, who appeared on the HBalkony. “We’ve got a meme as Champion,” claimed Saints, who added Hendry stole the belt from him. Because he has a song, the crowd loves him, and Saints is sick of this.

Hendry is a loser, an everyman who doesn’t deserve to be Champion. Being attractive is what makes a Champion. Saints asked for a title match at NXT Vengeance Day (on March 7, in an unknown location). Hendry was on. NXT General Manager Robert Stone made the match official.

Tony D’Angelo’s revenge path begins

Tony D’Angelo has a message for DarkState before the match. They took everything from him, so now he has nothing to lose. In his first match in nearly a year, Tony D’Angelo dominated DarkState’s Cutler James with a massive Spinebuster, ending the bout. After the match, D’Angelo attacked Dion Lennox with the steel steps until NXT officials broke up the fight.
