TNA No Surrender (2/13/26) – Review (with Ratings) and Consequences

TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Title Match: The Elegance Brand (Heather By Elegance & M By Elegance)  (c) defeated Indi Hartwell & Xia Brookside (2/5)

What to retain? What’s next? The match picked up a bit at the end, and that’s a good thing, as it wasn’t much to see for the first part. Hartwell and Brookside are pretty much a makeshift team, and that doesn’t make them the best challengers. At the same time, you’re only going to get so far with the options you have for challengers, so throwing teams together is often the best you can do. Post-match, Mickie James came out and beat up Ash.

I said it would be a 5 vs. 2 situation, and it was. The Elegance Brand wins again and again because there aren’t a lot of teams in the roster. Mickie James was a huge surprise. We can imagine Hartwell, James, and Brookside (or Lee) against the complete Elegance Brand. James vs. Ash is set to happen. Then, will Lee and Brookside team up again against Maggie and Heather for the title? Or Hartwell and Lee? Or Hartwell and Brookside?

Eric Young defeated BDE (2/5)

What to retain? What’s next? If Young is supposed to be this next big bad with whatever he’s doing with the Cleanse, he shouldn’t be needing ten minutes and cheating to beat a glorified celebrity wrestler with a few good moves.

Young is far from the worst wrestler, but him as this tough, crazy guy is horrible miscasting and has been for years. Unfortunately, that seems to be continuing, and possibly in a much bigger way soon.

TNA Knockouts World Title Match: Arianna Grace (w/Channing Lorenzo) defeated Léi Ying Lee (c) (2/5)

Shocking Title Change at TNA No Surrender

What to retain? What’s next? Arianna Grace is hardly a polished star in the ring. The idea here is that she manipulated her way into a title shot and then cheated to win, thanks to the Cobra. I’m very sad for Léi Ying Lee, who was a strong and defending Knockouts Champion.

It feels like someone stole a title rather than just holding it until a member of the TNA roster can take it back. Sadly for Miss Marella, Dani Luna is back, and Jody Threat won a title chance. Then, if cheating is her specialty, like her beau, she may keep the belt around her waist for a while. Well, Madame wears the pants…
