5. The Undertaker vs. Chris Jericho vs. John Morrison vs. CM Punk vs. R-Truth vs. Rey Mysterio (Elimination Chamber 2010)
Drama ensued before the Elimination Chamber match for The Undertaker’s World Heavyweight Championship at Elimination Chamber 2010. Undertaker was engulfed in flames due to a pyro malfunction on his way down the aisle and raced to the ring. The Phenom doused himself in water as he suffered first and second-degree burns to his chest. Nevertheless, this Chamber is often overlooked, but the match fired on all cylinders. John Morrison thrived in his debut Chamber appearance.
The two veterans, Undertaker and Chris Jericho, were the final two participants slugging it out over the World Heavyweight Championship. The Phenom was in pole position to hang onto his title. However, Shawn Michaels had other ideas by emerging through the Chamber panel below and nailing Undertaker with Sweet Chin Music. Nevertheless, Jericho finally won an Elimination Chamber match, clinching his sixth WWE World Championship.
4. Edge vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Wade Barrett vs. Big Show vs. Drew McIntyre vs. Kane (Elimination Chamber 2011)
One of the best Elimination Chamber matches in WWE history was Edge’s World Heavyweight Championship title defense at Elimination Chamber 2011. The Rated-R Superstar defended the title against Drew McIntyre, Wade Barrett, and former World Champions Rey Mysterio, Kane, and Big Show. There was a mixture of youth and experience, and the match paid off with some excellent in-ring action.
Edge and his former tag team partner, Rey Mysterio, opened up the match, and at various points throughout the match, they worked as a cohesive unit. However, Edge made history as he became the first defending World Champion in five years to retain his Championship in an Elimination Chamber match. He ran the gauntlet and finished off Mysterio for the second time in three years in an Elimination Chamber match to prevail.
