First Elimination Chamber Match - WWE Survivor Series 2002

WWE Elimination Chamber Match: History by the Numbers

2. Triple H and John Cena Register the Most Wins in Men’s Elimination Chamber Matches

For 16 years, Triple H stood alone with the most wins in the history of the Elimination Chamber with four wins. However, John Cena tied him in his final appearance in an Elimination Chamber match in 2025. Triple H retained the World Heavyweight Championship at SummerSlam 2003, and he won his landmark 10th world championship at New Year’s Revolution 2005.

The Game waited three years to win another Elimination Chamber match at No Way Out 2008. He became the number one contender for the WWE Championship. A year later, Triple H won his 13th world championship after he outlasted The Undertaker at No Way Out 2009 for his fourth and final win in an Elimination Chamber match.

John Cena registered a solitary elimination in his first Elimination Chamber match at New Year’s Revolution 2006. He retained the WWE Championship after he eliminated Carlito. However, the leader of the Cenation’s second Chamber win didn’t come until Elimination Chamber 2010, when he won his eighth world championship.

Cena eliminated CM Punk to win his third Elimination Chamber match at Elimination Chamber 2011, punching his ticket to a WWE Championship match at WrestleMania 27. However, Cena prevailed in his fourth and final Elimination Chamber match in 2025, eliminating Punk once again to win.
