Women’s Tag Team Championship Match: Rhea Ripley & IYO SKY vs The Bella Twins
WWE is going to want to book a big-time match for the Women’s Tag Straps. They are a championship that hasn’t received the love these past few years, so making a featured match surrounding the titles would be a huge move. The best possible version that WWE can give us would be the current champions taking on twin magic in a battle of past and present stars.
Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY have been great as the tag champions, showing a chemistry that other teams can only dream of having. As great as their chemistry is, it wouldn’t be a match for two women who have spent their entire lives around one another.
With Brie Bella returning at the Royal Rumble, it can only be assumed that she and her sister are going to be paired up. Nikki Bella won’t have much else to do, and she and her sister chasing the tag championships is the perfect idea. It’s a championship that they never got the chance to hold with Rhea Ripley and IYO SKY giving them the ideal opponents. The build could be legendary, and this could be a marquee match on either night of WrestleMania.
Women’s World Championship Match: Stephanie Vaquer vs Liv Morgan
Now that the Philly Street Fight is over, we can safely say that Liv Morgan is going to be challenging Stephanie Vaquer at WrestleMania. It’s the best possible option for the Raw’s Championship, and it gives us a traditional babyface versus heel program. A program that is going to focus heavily on the mean girl persona that Liv Morgan has cultivated over the past few years.
Morgan winning the Royal Rumble was a well-deserved nod for the work that she has put in, and this feud will have fireworks before too long. Stephanie Vaquer has some work to do on the microphone, and Liv Morgan will help to create the heat needed for each segment.
These are the two biggest names on Raw, and they deserve to be in the penultimate program. Both women are fantastic wrestlers and share similar styles, so their match will no doubt be one of the highlights of WrestleMania.
