WWE Championship Match: Drew McIntyre vs Cody Rhodes vs Jacob Fatu
The issues between these three men have been going on for a few months, and if the Royal Rumble tells us anything, it’s that they are going to war at WrestleMania.
Everything started with Jacob Fatu being put on the shelf at the hands of a mystery attacker. An angle that hasn’t been resolved, and one that has led him to get physical with both Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes. That led to Fatu costing Rhodes the WWE Championship, essentially handing it to Drew McIntyre. Some issues are far from resolved and should lead to Jacob being included in the WWE Championship match at WrestleMania.
Outside of Jacob Fatu, Drew McIntyre and Cody Rhodes have their share of problems. McIntyre has been insufferable since winning the WWE Championship and has thwarted Rhodes’ attempts to get back in the title picture, going so far as to ensure his elimination at the Royal Rumble. Showing that the problems between these two men are far from over.
The title picture over on SmackDown is a convoluted mess, and the only way to solve it is to put these men in a triple threat at WrestleMania. It could steal the show in Las Vegas.
