2. Rusev (00:32)
Rusev rejoined WWE from AEW in 2025, and he challenged Dominik Mysterio several times for the Intercontinental Championship but failed to win it. Nevertheless, the three-time United States Champion entered 5th in his 6th men’s Royal Rumble match.
The Bulgarian Brute, a runner-up to Roman Reigns in the 2015 Royal Rumble match, went toe-to-toe with Oba Femi. Rusev dropkicked Femi a couple of times, but he stayed on his feet. However, the 2006 Royal Rumble winner Rey Mysterio nailed Rusev with the 619. Femi eliminated him with Rusev’s weak appearance, lasting just 32 seconds. The Bulgarian Brute was made to look like a jobber, which was definitely not in his plans when he landed in Saudi Arabia.
1. Bron Breakker (00:10)
Bron Breakker was one of the favorites to win the 2026 men’s Royal Rumble match. Representing the Vision, Breakker was expected to have a dominant performance and edge a step closer to winning a world championship for the first time in his WWE career.
However, Breakker, accompanied by WWE Hall of Famer Paul Heyman, walked down the aisle as the second entrant to meet the number one entrant, and fellow two-time NXT Champion Oba Femi, who was awaiting his arrival.
Before Breakker could enter the ring, he was ambushed by an unknown masked assailant. The masked assailant kicked him and executed a Curb Stomp, reminiscent of his former Vision leader, Seth Rollins. The unknown assailant rolled Breakker into the ring, who was in no fit state to compete.
Breakker was incoherent, and the Ruler clotheslined him over the top rope. Unfortunately, the former two-time Intercontinental Champion’s 10 seconds was the shortest time spent in both the men’s and women’s Royal Rumble matches.
