Fans were seeing double in the 2026 men’s Royal Rumble match as two El Grande Americanos featured in the Rumble. The fake El Grande Americano (Ludwig Kaiser) entered 12th, and one entry later, the original El Grande Americano (Chad Gable) made his return to WWE.
However, the real El Grande Americano is being played by Chad Gable. In reality, Gable was injured for months. Nevertheless, the two El Grande Americanos had a face-off and went back and forth, with both gaining some offense.
The original El Grande Americano attempted to unmask his doppleganger, but it was to no avail. Nevertheless, the original El Grande Americano eliminated the impostor El Grande Americano from the occasion. However, the original El Grande Americano’s back was turned, with Trick Williams sending him packing in just one minute and 21 seconds.
