Ethan Page Retained, but Cheated
Ethan Page is still the NXT North American Champion, but not without a fight from a debuting Elio LeFleur. The champion dominated the early goings, grounding the French Luchador and keeping him away from the skies where he’s so dangerous.
LeFleur finally grabbed the momentum and had the NXT Universe believing he could win, but Page used underhanded tactics and grabbed the challenger’s trunks to retain his title. Ricky Saints arrived as Page was coming backstage. He said that he and Page own NXT, but Page needs Saints more than Saints needed Page. Saints then joined the commentary table.
Shiloh Hill Qualifies for the NXT Championship Ladder Match
Shiloh Hill conquered Josh Briggs to qualify for the NXT Championship Ladder Match on February 3, but he paid a price for it. The two towering Superstars battled to a stalemate before Hill muscled up Briggs for a massive match-ending twisting neckbreaker. After the match, Tony D’Angelo appeared and attacked both Superstars, leaving them down in a crumpled heap.

The Vanity Project Spreads the Love
The Vanity Project picked up their first wins as official NXT Superstars when the duo defeated Chase U in tag team action. Despite a strong performance from Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors, Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes used their impressive teamwork to score the win.
