Matches still to be set
- Another non-title match?
- TNA X-Division Title Three-Way Match: Leon Slater (c) vs. Cedric Alexander vs. Moose
- TNA World Title Match: ?? (c) vs. ???
- TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship Match: ?? (c) vs. ??
- TNA International Championship Match: Stacks (c) vs. ???
As I said, three titles will be on the line on Thursday night. On NXT, Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo retained the TNA International Championship against Shiloh Hill. Now, who will he face at Genesis? I’m quite sure the news will break at Thursday Night iMPACT, but a little bird is telling me it could turn into a family mess. Stacks’ fiancée is the daughter of the TNA Director of Authority. NXT’s Arianna Grace NutCracked Santino Marella after the NXT vs TNA Steel Cage match. A father vs son-in-law match would be perfect.
No time wasted for @shiloh_wwe and @Stacks_WWE! 😲@AriannaGraceWWE pic.twitter.com/e4iAYqgSxK

Frankie Kazarian faces Mike Santana for the World Championship on Thursday Night iMPACT. Even if Nic Nemeth promised to cash in his Call Your Shot Gauntlet opportunity at Genesis, who can say now if it will be against Kazarian or Santana? Leon Slater puts the X-Division Championship on the line against Myron Reed the same night. Same, who knows if Cedric Alexander and Moose won’t have to face Myron Reed instead of Slater? LAST MINUTE: For some unknown reason, the X-Division Championship match between Leon Slater and Myron Reed is not advertised anymore for the premiere show. As the X-Division Champion, Slater will face Moose and Alexander at TNA Genesis, as announced.
Everything could change on Thursday night
The fate of the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship is a bit more complicated. The IInspiration faces The Elegance Brand on Thursday, again. Whoever comes to Genesis as the Champions, who will they face? The fact that some contenders will be determined on NXT shows the lack of Women’s teams on the TNA roster. The obvious choice would be the Angel Warriors, but that would mean two matches in one night for Léi Ying Lee.
For the last non-title bout, please give us Ryan Nemeth vs. Mara Sadè. We need to laugh a bit.
