1. John Cena Vs. Umaga – Royal Rumble 2007
The WWE Championship was defended in a Last Man Standing match at the Royal Rumble for the first time in 2007. Cena’s WWE Championship was up for grabs, and his challenger, “The Samoan Bulldozer” Umaga, sought revenge. A few weeks earlier, the leader of the Cenation curtailed Umaga’s unbeaten run in their WWE Championship showdown at New Year’s Revolution 2007.
Umaga made life extremely hard for Cena, with Umaga producing one of the best matches in his career. He rose to the occasion to provide a hard-hitting matchup. The defending WWE Champion wore the proverbial crimson mask, which incensed Cena. Cena clocked Umaga in the head with a TV monitor, but Umaga refused to stay down.

However, Umaga crashed and burned when he ran across a couple of broadcast tables to splash Cena, but Cena moved out of harm’s way.
Armando Alejandro Estrada’s plans backfired when Estrada removed the top turnbuckle. Cena connected with the FU, and Cena left Umaga frothing from the mouth after he applied the STFU with some force with the turnbuckle. The Samoan Bulldozer couldn’t answer the count of 10 with Cena retaining the WWE Championship in style.
