NXT vs TNA Steel Cage Rage
Before the match, Team TNA sent a message to Team NXT. They vowed to exile the NXT outlaws from TNA Wrestling. Two competitors start the bout, with one competitor from alternating teams entering after set time intervals. Team NXT will have the numbers advantage. Once all competitors have entered the cage, the first pinfall or submission will decide the outcome.
Mike Santana and Brooks Jensen kicked things off. Team NXT gained its first advantage with the entry of Lexis King. While Santana enjoyed a momentary advantage, he quickly fell victim to the numbers game after King clobbered him with his cane. Steve Maclin evened the odds for Team TNA.

Tyson Dupont was out next for Team NXT. Matt Hardy was on his way to the ring when Tyriek Igwe blindsided him. Jeff Hardy joined the fray for Team TNA. Stacks was the next entrant for Team NXT. Then, The Righteous carried Matt Hardy out of the IMPACT! Zone. Director of Authority Santino Marella was the final entrant for Team TNA, and the match could now end in pinfall or submission.
However, with Matt Hardy out of the equation, Team TNA was at a disadvantage. Maclin had Stacks Caught in the Crosshairs up against the steel. Everyone came crashing down following a Tower of Doom off the top of the cage. Marella hit Jensen with the Cobra, followed by Spin the Block from Santana to win.
After the match, a shocking turn of events occurred as the official liaison between TNA and NXT, Arianna Grace, betrayed her own father, Santino Marella. She NutCracked Marella and stood side by side with her fiancé, TNA International Champion Stacks. Meanwhile, Matt Hardy experienced the power of The Righteous.
