How Good Were John Cena’s In-Ring Skills?

John Cena was never known for his incredible technical skills inside the squared circle, but The Champ had his fair share of classics throughout his 23-year WWE career. John was at his peak from an in-ring perspective in 2015, putting on amazing matches week after week as part of his US Open Challenges for the United States Championship.

Cena also had an incredible 2007, filled with many awesome WWE Title bouts against the likes of Shawn Michaels, Umaga, Randy Orton, Edge, Bobby Lashley, and others. Heck, Cena even managed to get a decent match out of The Great Khali during that year!

While Cena was involved in a few dull matches and his execution could be sloppy at times, his catalogue of all-time classics is impossible to ignore. Even with all his flaws from bell to bell, the man deserves props because it takes two to dance, after all.
