Cody Rhodes vs Oba Femi
As noted above, part of Cena’s request to Triple H for his final match was to put the spotlight on the rising talents in NXT. The first such match of the showcase was announced after NXT Deadline as Femi defeated Ricky Starks to regain the NXT Championship and with it, booked himself a date with the WWE Champion for Saturday Night’s Main Event. Rhodes and Femi have never wrestled each other so this one is sure to be good with Rhodes representing WWE’s present and Femi it’s bright future.
