Thank you, Eddie
The monument of his legend exists in how fans can list Eddie Guerrero’s dream matches. Furthermore, it’s easy to imagine any scene for him and his imagination. He knew how to draw, tell a story, and hit his spots. Eddie Guerrero carved a legacy that most would dream of having.
What’s crazy is that these picks are only scratching the surface. I didn’t even mention Bret Hart, Bandido, Mike Santana, or El Genrico/Sami Zayn. There’s a deep pool there, pleading to be fantasy booked.
And that’s fitting for Eddie’s career, leaving fans wanting more despite giving his all. But he’s here in the littlest of things. Recreations of his chair spots. The elevation of cruiserweights. He’s even in the doors opened for luchadors and Hispanic talent. Eddie’s here, and he always will be.
Viva la raza!
