Match Card Highlights
Zack Ryder made a shocking return to WWE after a five-year absence on WWE SmackDown, falling to LA Knight, as the Megastar advanced in the Last Time Is Now tournament.
Solo Sikoa faces a mystery opponent on WWE Raw in the same tournament. It’s difficult to predict but it could be anyone from Roman Reigns to Hornswoggle at this point.
Reigns and CM Punk have teamed up for the latest Zootropolis movie. We could see this pairing move to the ring if Punk invites Reigns to join his War Games team. Punk invites Reigns to join his War Games team.
Je’Von Evans will make his WWE Raw debut when he faces a returning Gunther. Gunther is a firm favourite to go all the way in the tournament. With Cena now holding the Intercontinental Championship Gunther historically held for 666 days, the Austrian making the final is surely odds on.
Meanwhile, could we see a major upset in Madison Square Garden? Maxxine Dupri could complete a true underdog story if she can defeat Becky Lynch for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship.
Finally, we will probably hear from Nikki Bella after her dramatic heel turn and assault on Stephanie Vaquer last week.
But could there be more double-crossing as we head towards WWE Survivor Series: War Games at the end of the month?
