For weeks now, two things have been true about MFT. The group led by Solo Sikoa has been tangled with the Wyatt Sicks. They have also been looking dominant and getting victories. Last week on the October 24, 2025 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, JC Mateo and Tama Tonga got a win over Rey Fenix and Shinsuke Nakamura.
On the October 31 SmackDown, they had another tag team test they had to face. They were taking on the Motor City Machine Guns, Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin. However, questions surrounding the match soon popped up. Would the Wyatt Sicks interfere, especially since the match was on Halloween? Could Fenix and Nakamura cost them the match? The only way to find out was to watch the match unfold.
MFT Once Again Displays Teamwork in Key Victory
MFT had a lot riding on the match. Since getting Tama back, the group had been looking strong. A victory last week showed the rest of the tag teams that they were strong contenders for the Wyatt’s Tag Team Championships. To keep their hot streak going, they had to win against Sabin and Shelley.
Once again, Mateo and Tama were the guys representing MFT in the tag match. It was a good back-and-forth match between the two tag teams. But there was one large thing MFT had that Sabin and Shelley didn’t have. Whenever any member of MFT is around, their leader isn’t far behind. Sikoa is always looking for ways to have the advantage over everyone else. It could be taking out someone or causing a distraction for a pinfall victory.
Either way, Sikoa being present at ringside meant that suspicious things were going to happen. That’s precisely what happened during the match. After MCMG set up the Skull and Bones, Sikoa made his presence known to the referee. Tonga Loa pushed Shelley off the turnbuckle, allowing Tama to hit the Cutthroat on Sabin. He pinned him and got the three-count victory. Once again, the dominance of MFT was shown in a great match. Afterwards, Sabin and Shelley tried to attack them. That’s when Fenix and Nakamura came out to help.
They got in a few offensive moves in retaliation. But the combined strength of MFT was too much for them to handle. Sikoa’s group won another battle. However, the Wyatt Sicks were surely watching. Even though they weren’t on the show, there’s no doubt they were keeping a close eye on everything. But for now, MFT can celebrate another decisive victory.
