TNA iMPACT Spoilers (9/27/25) – Title Change and Injury on an Invasion Atmosphere

On Saturday, TNA Wrestling filmed matches and segments for upcoming episodes in Edmonton, AB, on the last steps of the path to Bound For Glory. Here are the complete TNA iMPACT spoilers from the September 27 tapings, with a few surprises.

The Bound For Glory card has been taking more and more shape, but the NXT Invasion event on October 7 can shuffle a lot of things, including Championship matters.

  • Raj Singh, with his father, The Great Gama, defeated local wrestler Harlan Abbott. They played a trailer for the upcoming documentary, “Singhs in the ring.
  • AJ Francis was out for First Class Penthouse. Myron Reed was his guest. Francis insulted Reed’s “baby mama.” Reed hit him, and Francis tried to chokeslam him through the table. Myron jumped over it, tossed Francis to the floor, and dove on him.
  • Dani Luna pinned Jody Threat despite the Canadian fan support for Threat.
  • The System won a 4-way match against The Rascalz, The Great Hands, and Sinner & Saint (Judas Icarus & Travis Williams).
  • The King’s Speech with Frankie Zazarian led to a match. Kazarian, TNA World Champion, NXT’s Trick Williams, and TNA Knockouts Champion, NXT’s Kelani Jordan, competed against Matt Hardy, Leon Slater, and Indi Hartwell. During the segment, Williams said if Mike Santana touched him unprovoked, their BFG match would be canceled. Santana was on commentary, and Kazarian was pushed into Williams, provoking Santana. Slater gave the win to his team, pinning Kazarian.
  • TNA Head of Talent Relations Tommy Dreamer met Team TNA on the ramp, came out with several talents, and announced the NXT Invasion event. He put on several talents (including Matt Cardona). He then promised that if NXT wants a war, he “will bring you a fu***ng war.” Dreamer still delivered an impassioned promo like no other.

New Knockouts World Tag Team Champions

  • The IInspiration defeated the Elegance Brand to win the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Champions.
  • The Angel Warriors, Xia Brookside and Lei Ying Lee, defeated local talents Ava Lawless and Kat Von Heez.
  • Nick Nemeth devastated the audience, beating the Home Town Man.
  • Alisha Edwards with the System defeated Tasha Steelz with Order 4.
  • Up next was an in-ring promo for Thursday before Bound For Glory with Trick Williams. Mike Santana responded from the crowd.
  • Matt Cardona pinned Ryan Nemeth. The Nemeths still had The Home Town Man’s mask, which they stole at Victory Road, so that angle is continuing.

More Bound for Glory Things

  • The Elegance Brand vs. The IInspiration rematch is added to Bound for Glory.
  • TNA Knockouts title contract signing between Indi Hartwell and Kelani Jordan.
  • The System vs. Zero 4 Hardcore War build continued with Mustafa Ali vs. JDC. Ali won after Special Agent Zero slammed JDC against the apron during a referee-distracting melee, and Ali hit the 450. The System threw weapons into the ring and yelled at their BFG foes at ringside.
  • TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater cut a pre-BFG promo.
  • Eric Young pinned Joe Hendry in a No DQ match after a piledriver on a chair.
  • Moose won via stoppage, as NXT’s Ridge Holland landed awkwardly and injured his ankle or leg. He couldn’t put weight on it. Moose helped carry him out.
  • Mike Santana pinned Cedric Alexander in a great main event.

That’s all for TNA iMPACT! Spoilers for September 27, 2025. No new taping session is scheduled until November 13-15, in Orlando, FL, which may mean the NXT/TNA war could last longer than we could expect.
