On Friday, TNA Wrestling filmed matches and segments for upcoming episodes in Minneapolis, MN, on the path to Bound For Glory. Here are the complete TNA iMPACT spoilers from the September 5 tapings, with a few surprises.
As the Bound For Glory card takes more and more shape, the Victory Road one remains a mystery. Former TNA stars living in the Minneapolis area appeared. Some debuts, comebacks, and NXT appearances were also on the menu.

- Myla Grace defeated Ruthie Jay.
- Harley Hudson defeated Lili Ruiz.
- TNA Director of Authority Santino Marella welcomed Team 3D and the Hardys. They stood across from each other. They each spoke highly of the other team. Matt Hardy said they need to beat Team 3D to prove they are the best tag team ever. Bully Ray turned to Jeff Hardy and said, “Of all the crazy stuff we’ve done … how the hell are you still alive?” Jeff replied,” Only God knows why.” Bully Ray demanded this match to be a tables match, saying that the Hardys beat them in a tables match back in 2000, and he’s still upset about that loss because it’s their match. They tore up the contract and shook hands to seal the deal.

Order 4 and The System, again
- Mustafa Ali (w/Order Four) defeated Brian Myers (w/The System). Agent Zero (Big Bill Collier) got in the ring and headbutted Moose. Santino Marella reappeared and said that there would be a “Hardcore War” between these two teams at Bound For Glory.
- Minneapolis resident ODB was introduced. Her food truck was outside before the show.

- Judas Icarus (w/Travis Williams) defeated Eric Young thanks to Joe Hendry, who came out to provide a distraction. It allowed Icarus to get a jackknife cover for the pin. Afterwards, Young slugged the referee (It seems like The Northern Armory will turn its back on Eric Young next week as Young faces Hendry).
The Elegance Brand stands strong
- Victoria Crawford stood on the stage to say she has a new podcast. She called out Gia Miller to interview her. Crawford said that it’s all Miller’s fault if Tessa Blanchard is sitting at home and suspended. Crawford said that if Miller went to Santino Marella and asked him to lift the suspension, he would. Jody Threat came out to break up this interview, and Crawford stormed off with no punches thrown.
- Ash by Elegance, M by Elegance, and Heather by Elegance (w/The Personal Concierge) defeated Masha Slamovich and “The IInspiration” Cassie Lee and Jessie McKay. Ash sprayed water in the eyes of either Lee or Jessie, allowing M to get a rollup with her feet on the ropes for the pin.

Mr. Anderson is back in the iMPACT Zone
- The King’s Speech with Frankie Kazarian. He noted he is facing Steve Maclin at Bound For Glory. He introduced Ken Anderson (fka Mr. Kennedy). Anderson said he’s lived in the Twin Cities for years, his family and training school are here, saying this is his “home.” Kazarian pointed out that Anderson’s family was in the crowd. Kazarian noted that Anderson was in the Army National Guard, and he started to belittle Maclin’s military service. Jake Something ran in and attacked Anderson. Steve Maclin made the save.
- Indi Hartwell defeated Dani Luna via DQ. Luna rolled to the floor, got a chair from under the ring, and struck Hartwell with it. The ref immediately called for the bell. They got back into the ring, and Luna hit more chairshots to the back.
- AJZ (Andreas John Ziegler), one of Ali’s bodyguards, came to the ring and called out Mike Santana.
- Mike Santana defeated AJZ in less than a minute. Santana got on the mic, and he called out Trick Williams. He was attacked from behind by NXT’s Ridge Holland.
The Hardys retained
- Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy defeated Nic Nemeth and Ryan Nemeth to retain the TNA World Tag Team Titles.
- Victoria Crawford defeated Jody Threat, thanks to Tessa Blanchard’s comeback.
- TNA X-Division Champion Leon Slater & Cedric Alexander defeated “The Rascalz” Trey Miguel & Zachary Wentz (w/Myron Reed). Myron joined the commentary.
Thanks for a great weekend, Minneapolis.. Especially the HARDY PARTY! It was great to see @mrkenanderson again & we’re excited to see him back on TNA tv in the future.

A Victory Road surprise
- A 10-person Battle Royale, with Ryan Nemeth, Xia Brookside, Léi Ying Lee, Rosemary, Mance Warner, Killer Kelly, Mara Sadé, Matt Cardona, Home Town Man, and AJ Francis. Mance Warner won and earned some title shot (possibly a Gauntlet for the Gold last entrance spot) with the win.
- Ash by Elegance and the Personal Concierge came to the ring. She noted that Victory Road is “tomorrow.” Masha Slamovich confronted her. “I thrive in the chaos,” Masha said. Indi Hartwell came out and informed them that she is the special guest referee for their match.
- Ken Anderson & TNA International Champion Steve Maclin defeated Jake Something & Frankie Kazarian. After the match, Anderson and Maclin grabbed the mic. Maclin expressed his surprise, asking Anderson if it was really nine years since he was in the ring. Anderson had to clarify to him that it had been nine years since he was in a TNA ring. Kazarian ran back in, allowing Anderson to hit his Flatliner finisher again. Maclin let Anderson get on the mic to close so he could do his Mr. Anderson lines.
