EVIL, Tsuji & Uemura Race To The Top

Right now, the top spot of the A Block is being contested by EVIL, Yota Tsuji, and Yuya Uemura, who are all tied with eight points each. After day 11, there’s a possibility that only one of them could hold the top spot.

EVIL currently leads the block, and he will face one of his nemeses, Bullet Club War Dogs leader David Finlay. It will be the fourth time they go one-on-one in their careers, following the Dog Collar match they had at Dominion.

Tsuji has Hiroshi Tanahashi in the main event. They have only faced each other once before, a match where The Ace stood tall, so expect Tsuji to take it to him in this second encounter.

Uemura will battle Sanada in the seventh match, with the latter seeking to climb up the standings to keep his playoff hopes alive. The former has the advantage, as he has won over his opponent twice before.

Four-Way Six-Point Tie About to be Broken

In the other A Block matches, the four men tied with six points apiece will go head-to-head. Up first is NEVER Openweight champion Boltin Oleg and Callum Newman, two young up-and-comers who have shown the world that they do belong in the G1.

Taichi and Ryohei Oiwa will follow suit, as the veteran finds himself in a similar spot as the young guy. Only two will climb the ladder to eight points, which will be crucial for all four men’s playoff aspirations.
