WWE NXT Results (6/3/25)

NXT North American Championship Match Summit

AAA’s Laredo Kid is already in the ring, and Je’Von Evans joins him. Before they can speak, NXT North American Champion Ethan Page makes his way out, and he is unhappy. Rey Fenix is unavailable as he is stuck on a plane, so he cannot even make it for this summit, but Page’s woes do not end there.

Page lets it be known that NXT General Manager Ava has let him know that Evolve’s Sean Legacy will challenge whoever walks out of WWE x AAA Worlds Collide as NXT North American Champion. Just then, Evolve’s Vanity Project stable also comes out, and they have Page’s back. This descends into chaos and a full-on brawl.

Chase U vs. DarkState [Six-Man Tag Team Match]

Andre Chase, Kale Dixon, and Uriah Connors had this match confirmed last week when they were asking for more opportunities. Their first major test as the reformed Chase U was against DarkState’s Dion Lennox, Cutler James, and Osiris Griffin. Although Chase U tried their best, DarkState ultimately walked away with a (dominant) victory.

Ava Books an Eight-Man Tag Team Match

Ava is backstage with Evans, Kid, and Legacy, and they are mad about the ambush at the start of the show. She tells the three of them to find a partner to take on Page and the three Vanity Project stablemates who assisted him. Just as the three are bracing for a handicap match of sorts, Dragon Lee is in the building and will step in to assist them!

Trick Williams Backstage Interview

Ahead of their main event TNA World Championship match, Trick Williams addresses Mike Santana. He lets it be known that he intends to remain the champion and crush Santana’s hopes.

Myles Borne vs. Charlie Dempsey [Rounds Match]

Myles Borne is trying to exit No Quarter Catch Crew, and he has to defeat Charlie Dempsey to be granted that. Interestingly, the entire stable (including Tavion Heights and Wren Sinclair) comes out together. Borne scored the first pinfall right at the end of the first round.

The second round ends without a winner, but Dempsey delivers a cheap shot after the bell. Going into the third round weakened, Borne is at a disadvantage that Dempsey uses to pick up his first pinfall. Borne fights through and picks up the second pinfall, thus earning his freedom from the NQCC.

The Culling Backstage Segment

The Culling’s Shawn Spears, Brooks Jensen, and Niko Vance are backstage chatting. Izzi Dame appears and attacks Jensen with a steel chair, effectively kicking him out of the stable.

Arianna Grace vs. Tyra Mae Steele [Singles Match]

WWE LFG season one winner, Tyra Mae Steele, made her NXT debut against Arianna Grace. This was Grace’s first match on NXT in weeks, but Steele was no easy feat. Tyra Mae Steele made herself known to the NXT audience with a dominant victory.

Mike Santana Backstage Interview

Santana has a backstage interview, and he lets it be known that he plans on leaving as TNA World Champion tonight. He says that, whilst Williams is fighting for himself, he is fighting for the whole of TNA and his daughter.

Jacy Jayne Addresses the NXT Audience

Jacy Jayne and the rest of Fatal Influence come out to address the NXT audience, and they are met with a chilly reception. As she is trying to give her address, the entire NXT women’s roster seems to come out ready to stake a claim at the title.

Lainey Reid, Lola Vice, Jordynne Grace, Jaida Parker, Kelani Jordan, Lash Legend, and Thea Hail all come out. But that is not all. Former AEW Women’s Champion Mariah May also appears, now confirming her joining the NXT roster!

Eight-Man Tag Team Match

The eight-man tag team match pitted the teams of Evans, Kid, Legacy, and Lee against Page and The Vanity Project. This was an action-filled, high-octane match-up from start to finish. As expected, Page took on a leadership role in his team, but the other side worked together like a well-oiled machine.

The stakes were high heading into the next Evolve, as well as the Worlds Collide event. In the end, Evans, Kid, Legacy, and Lee ultimately picked up the victory. This certainly got the crowd riled up.

Oba Femi and Jasper Troy Meet Backstage

Oba Femi is backstage, ready to sign his NXT Championship match contract. Just then, Jasper Troy appears, and the two men size each other up. They clash on the June 10 edition of NXT.

Tatum Paxley Gets Some Support

Tatum Paxley is backstage and sad once more when NXT Women’s North American Champion Sol Ruca and Zaria appear. The two try to cheer her up, but Dame appears. Dame also has some advice for Paxley, but it is certainly more stern than anything else.

Tony D’Angelo and Luca Crusifino Have a Chat

Luca Crusifino is still trying to prove his loyalty to Tony D’Angelo, but ‘The Don’ is not too convinced. Crusifino informs D’Angelo that he has organised a tag team match for them for next week, much to the annoyance of D’Angelo.

Trick Williams vs. Mike Santana [TNA World Championship Match]

Trick Williams’ first defence of the TNA World Championship was set to be against TNA’s own Mike Santana. The winner of this bout will defend against Elijah at the TNA Against All Odds event on Friday, June 6, and Elijah was in the crowd to watch it all go down. The match between Williams and Santana was brutal and the two matched each other’s offence time and time again.

Williams took his eye off the prize and broke Elijah’s guitar. On the other side of the ring, away from the referee, Santana is pulled out of the ring and attacked by TNA’s KC Navarro and AJ Francis. Williams delivers a Trick Shot to Santana and successfully retains the gold before celebrating with First Cla$$.
