Preview: AEW Dark Card Tonight (1/31/23) – Start Time, How to Watch

AEW Dark 1-31-23

We have a loaded AEW Dark with nine matches set to take place! Brian Pillman Jr. and Brock Anderson team up as they’ll take on Nightmare Factory standouts Dean Alexander and Rosario Grillo. AR Fox and Top Flight are riding a wave of momentum, and they look to keep that going as they face off with The Wingmen. Our focus will be on the debut of Shane Taylor Promotions as they battle Mr. G and Dante Casanova.

Mr. G and Dante Casanova vs. Shane Taylor Promotions

Though they made a statement when they faced off with former AEW World Tag Team Champions Swerve in Our Glory at ROH Final Battle, this is technically Shane Taylor Promotion’s All Elite Wrestling debut. They will face the returning Dante Casanova and the debuting Mr. G.

It’s near impossible to pick against Shane Taylor Promotions in this match-up. Shane Taylor is a former ROH World Television Champion and ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Champion. He has proven himself against competitors, such as Kenny King, former ROH World Champion Bandido, and the man he beat to capture the Television Championship, Jeff Cobb.

JD Griffey has appeared in AEW a few times before battling the likes of Tony Nese and Ethan Page. With Taylor by his side, Griffey will pick up his first AEW win, and I believe we’ll see this duo rise up the tag team ranks for both AEW and ROH.
