Shawn Spears made his AEW return tonight live on Dynamite. He came to the aid of FTR and will be in action this Friday on Rampage which will also take place in Toronto Ontario Canada.

Spears made his return to his home providence of Ontario Canada. His return followed a match between Wardlow and Samoa Joe against The Factory. Following the match, Prince Nana, Brian Cage, and Gates of Agony of The Embassy came to the ring to confront Wardlow and Joe. FTR came to the ring shortly after to even up the odds against The Embassy.
FTR acknowledged that Wardlow and Joe had just had a match and The Embassy outnumbered FTR three to two. They then challenged The Embassy to a trios match on Rampage and brought out their tag team partner, Spears. FTR will rekindle its partnership with Spears from their Pinnacle days this Friday.
Spears has not competed in an AEW ring since May of this year. His last match was a cage match against Wardlow with MJF as the guest referee. Wardlow won the match as part of his labors to compete to earn a match with MJF at Double or Nothing. His first match back will also be in his home providence of Ontario Canada.
