On the night of September 9, 2022, Dragon Lee and Dralistico (known as Hermanos Lee) captured the vacant THE CRASH Tag Team Championship in a 3-way match involving Los Parks (Hijo de LA Park & LA Park Jr.) and Texano Blood (Texano Jr & Super Nova). THE CRASH promotion was looking to fill a vacancy regarding the tag team championships and hence the match was made. Dr Wagner Jr won in the 3-way main event match also involving LA Park and DMT Azul, that match was originally supposed to be a tag team match but Pierroth didn’t appear.
Hermanos Lee have been mainly working in the AAA promotion or select indie dates since Dralistico joined his family in La Faccion Ingobernables last year after leaving CMLL. Hermanos Lee are still looking to acquire tag team gold within AAA even though the current champs FTR are busy in America. Their win early in the summer over Matt Hardy & Johnny Caballero will always keep the brother duo within the conversation of the AAA World tag team titles.

With Dragon Lee recently showing up on All Elite Wrestling television, there’s a chance we could see Hermanos Lee chasing tag team championship success down the road. The possibility of them in the revamped Ring of Honor isn’t off the cards but it all depends on if Tony Khan will continue to spotlight Lucha libre on his pro wrestling programming. RUSH & Andrade turning on Lee following the trios match in the opening round of the trios championship tournament set the stage for a potential LFI vs Hermanos Lee tag match but that’s more likely to happen during a future AEW DARK taping or a Ring of Honor PPV undercard down the road.
Dragon Lee still has an eye on the AAA Cruiserweight championship but that is currently involved with a big double championship story with Rey Fenix and AAA Mega Champion Hijo del Vikingo. Now with the world getting back to relaxed COVID restrictions, Hermanos Lee can broaden their scope of tag team championship gold around the world.
