This week, AEW aired live from the Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. In addition to the special “Quake By the Lake” edition of Dynamite, AEW taped this Friday night’s Rampage and this Monday’s episode of AEW Dark: Elevation, set to air on August 15th. The show included some strong matches as Tony Nese, Serena Deeb, Private Party, Konosuke Takeshita, and Thunder Rosa were in action, as were some other AEW mainstays in Evil Uno, Toni Storm, Josh Woods, and Hikaru Shida, among others. Penelope Ford also made her return to AEW for the first time since mid-January, having been out with an injury.

  • Matt Menard and Excalibur were on commentary
  • Tony Nese and Josh Woods def. Arik Cannon and Travis Titan
  • Evil Uno, John Silver, 10, and Alex Reynolds def. TJ Cooper, Adam Grace, Riley Jackson, and Drew System
  • Serena Deeb def. Sierra
  • Konosuke Takeshita def. Ryan Nemeth
  • Julia Hart def. Free Range Kara
  • Private Party def. JDX and Jah-C
  • Penelope Ford defeated Heather Reckless. This was Ford’s first match since mid-January. She had been out with an injury.
  • The Acclaimed def. Justin Fowler and JT Energy
  • AEW Women’s World Champion Thunder Rosa, Toni Storm, and Hikaru Shida def. Marina Shafir, Emi Sakura, and Nyla Rose
