Hangman Page vs. CM Punk for the AEW World Championship

The moment CM Punk set his sights on becoming the AEW World Champion, the war was on. Hangman Page fought tooth and nail for over two years to finally achieve immortality, and he’s not about to go down that easy. For weeks on end, these two combatants have taunted and provoked each other en route to their showdown at Double or Nothing. Sending not-so-subtle messages to one another each time any of them are in the ring.

The time for mind games has come and gone, the battle commences this Sunday night. It’s been almost ten years since CM Punk challenged for a World Title, which could prove to be a huge obstacle for “The Best in the World” to overcome. Hangman Page, on the other hand, has had tremendous wars with Adam Cole, Lance Archer, and Bryan Danielson, and is surely amped and ready to battle his toughest test yet. Who will leave Las Vegas with gold around their waist?

Prediction: Hangman Page

The battle lines have been drawn, it will be The Jericho Appreciation Society battling Eddie Kingston, Santana, Ortiz, and The Blackpool Combat Club in an “Anarchy in the Arena” match. These two warring sides have been at each other’s throats for close to a month now.

The rivalry became so much more personal when Chris Jericho tried to end Eddie Kingston’s career with a fireball a few weeks back. Not to mention,  the despicable act of turning his back on his former Inner Circle brothers Santana and Ortiz.

Jericho’s attitude change, and his new band of misfits, certainly ruffled the wrong feathers. The Blackpool Combat Club, whose philosophy strongly promotes mutual respect, has had about enough of the group’s antics. These two factions will wage a bloody and violent war inside the confines of the T-Mobile Arena. Who will survive this inevitable battle?

Prediction:  Eddie Kingston, Santana, Ortiz, Blackpool Combat Club

The Owen Hart Foundation Men’s and Women’s Tournament Finals

After a gruelling tournament that saw AEW’s best honour the legacy of the legendary Owen Hart, four competitors remain. It will be Adam Cole battling Samoa Joe on the men’s side of the tournament. And, Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. facing off against a familiar foe in Ruby Soho on the women’s end of the bracket. Las Vegas, place your bets. Two of the four competitors can make history this Sunday night. There can be only one inaugural winner of each respective tournament.

Who will it be? Do not miss the conclusion of the first-ever Owen Hart Foundation Tournament this Sunday night live on pay-per-view!

Prediction: Adam Cole, Ruby Soho
