Scorpio Sky is the new AEW TNT Champion. He defeated Sammy Guevara in a ladder match tonight on AEW Dynamite.

This makes Scorpio Sky a two-time TNT Champion. He captured the title for the first time from Sammy Guevara on the March 9th edition of Dynamite. Guevara took the belt back at the second edition of Battle of the Belts on April 16th and lost the belt back to Sky tonight on Dynamite.
This is the latest chapter in the feud between Sammy Guevara/Tay Conti and The Men of the Year/American Top Team. Dan Lambert, Paige VanZant, and Conti all became involved in the match.
The ladder match called back to the ECW history in Philadelphia as a ladder wrapped in barbed wire was introduced. Guevara took a fall off the top of a ladder into the ladder in one of the many painful-looking moments of the match.
As Sky celebrated with Ethan Page, VanZant , and Lambert Frankie Kazarian made his way to the ring. Sky and Kazarian were the first-ever AEW Tag Team Champions as SCU. Sky promised his former teammate that he would get the first shot at the title after Sky won the belt back. They two shook hands and Sky seems to be making good on his promise.
