The team of Eric Young and Joe Doering of Violent by Design captured the IMPACT Wrestling Tag Team Titles. They became the champions after defeating The Good Brothers at Sacrifice.

The relationship between VBD and The Good Brothers has been up and down over the past month. The Good Brothers had a working relationship with VBD. Part of that working relationship promised them a chance at the IMPACT Tag Team Titles. After The Good Brothers rejoined Bullet Club as part of Jay White’s betrayal of Guriellas of Destiny, The Good Brothers declared the relationship null and void. That did not sit well with VBD. Eric Young demanded they get the title shot that was promised to them. After a brawl broke out a couple of weeks ago on IMPACT on AXS TV, this match was made official. VBD took advantage at Sacrifice and recaptured the belts.
This is the second time VBD has held the Tag Team Titles. They won the titles for the first time in May of 2021 and held them until Slammiversary of 20221 when they lost to The Good Brothers. The win tonight gave VBD the belts back, but also gave them a bit of revenge against The Good Brothers and Bullet Club.
