Tasha Steelz has captured the IMPACT Wrestling Knockouts Championship. She defeated Mickie James at Sacrifice to win the championship.

The match started fast as Mickie James hit the ring to check on Chelsea Green who had been injured by Deonna Purrazzo in the previous match. Steelz and Savannah Evans took advantage and jumped James before the bell. Evans would come into play again towards the end of the match as she interfered with James going up to the top turnbuckle. This allowed Tasha Steelz to take advantage and win the Knockouts Championship.
Steelz earned a shot at the title at Hard to Kill. She won the first ever IMPACT Knockouts Ultimate X match to earn her shot at James. She was unable to capture the title from James at No Surrender. However, she found herself in a number one contender match against Chelsea Green last week on IMPACT. She won that match which set up this rematch for the Knockouts Championship. This time Steelz made the most of the opportunity and brought home the Knockouts Title.
This is the first reign as Knockouts Champion for Steelz. She is a former two time IMPACT Knockouts Tag Team Champion with Keira Hogan.
