The 2021 edition of Full Gear was absolutely a night no one will soon forget. Filled with memorable moments, outstanding matches, and a coronation for the ages. The cold Minneapolis weather was no match for the red-hot intensity put on display on that night by All Elite Wrestling and its stars. It left feeling fans some kind of way and they hunger for what’s to come next. Well, they won’t have to wait any longer. As a mere four days after the monumental pay-per-view, AEW is back at it again for the Full Gear fallout episode of its flagship program AEW Dynamite.

Fans know that’s just the tip of the iceberg. So, let’s not keep anyone waiting any longer. The fallout from Full Gear is inevitable. It is Wednesday night after all, and we all know what that means. Bringing In The Big Guns

Orange Cassidy was on the verge of securing the win when he hit the Beach Break on his sworn rival Matt Hardy. Unfortunately, one strike of the knuckleduster, courtesy of The Blade behind the referee’s back, cost Cassidy the whole match on last week’s AEW Rampage. Unsatisfied with getting one over his rival yet again, Matt and the Hardy Family Office continued to assault Best Friends after the contest in the middle of the ring beating them down into oblivion. This feud has been bloody, physical, and, personal. At this point, Orange and Best Friends need to do something drastic to even out the odds for good. And, that they did.

Cassidy brings into battle one of New Japan Pro Wrestling’s most daunting figures. One of the most physical competitors wrestling has ever seen. His threshold for pain is second to none and probably will be unmatched. CHAOS stablemate and current record-breaking NEVER Openweight Champion. The man is known as Tomohiro Ishii making his AEW debut. The Butcher and The Blade will be in for a rude awakening come this Wednesday night. It couldn’t have happened to nicer guys but they did this to themselves. The “Stone Pitbull” alongside Orange Cassidy will be more than enough to handle as they look to get even against the HFO on this week’s Dynamite. Will The Butcher and The Blade back up their actions from last week’s Rampage? Or will Ishii and Cassidy teach them not to mess with Best Friends and CHAOS?

A Lethal Title Defense

At Full Gear, it was announced that former Ring Of Honor World Champion Jay Lethal is now officially #AllElite. Lethal would make his presence known by appearing live in front of the Minneapolis crowd at the Target Center amassing excitement amongst them. Jay immediately made headlines upon his arrival. He stated that not only did he enter “The Forbidden Door” and make the decision to become part of All Elite Wrestling. He plans to take up a certain open challenge pertaining to the TNT Championship open challenge. Sammy Guevara, who just went through a hell of a battle, would hear these words and would immediately respond. Guevara would not mince words and with two words accepted the challenge; “You’re On”.

Those two words would send fans into a frenzy as they await what’s sure to be a very high-energy and exciting title match on this Wednesday’s Dynamite. Lethal is a decorated wrestler who has won countless championships and set records in every wrestling promotion he has gone to. What a way to make his AEW debut if he manages to take the TNT Championship on his first night in the company. With that being said, Sammy believes this is “his house” and will not let anybody enter it without going through him first. Strap yourselves in, folks. This will be one barn-burning match. It all happens this Wednesday night AEW Dynamite live on TNT!
