Daniel Garcia & 2.0 AEW Dynamite Debut Announced

Daniel Garcia wins Limitless World title

In a promo posted to Twitter former WWE superstars Ever-Rise, now going by name 2.0 (Matt Lee & Jeff Parker), and indie star “Red Death” Daniel Garcia announced their alignment in AEW.  The new trio challenged Jon Moxley, Eddie Kingston, and Darby Allin to a match on AEW Dynamite: Homecoming.  It is going to be very interesting to see how Garcia and 2.0 are presented in their AEW Dynamite debut.

2.0 AEW Debut & Daniel Garcia Dynamite Debut Announced for AEW Dynamite: Homecoming

Daniel Garcia, for those unaware, has been seen on AEW Dark and Dark: Elevationin the past.  2021 has seen him become one of the hottest names in the U.S. indie scene as he holds a number of championships from around the scene.  There were rumors that Garcia was WWE-bound earlier this year when they moved to trademark the name Dante Rios, the name he used during his appearance on NXT.  Garcia is a strong technician and a buzz-worthy addition to AEW if he sticks around.

2.0 were just released by WWE despite being popular members of the roster.  The duo, previously known as 3.0 and a number of other monikers, have been teaming since 2002 with their primary work coming in CHIKARA and various Canadian indies.  Their energy is very different from that of Garcia so it wouldn’t be a shock to see the relationship between Garcia and the team fall apart if they can’t get results.
