Money In The Bank Betting Odds Early Analysis

WWE Pinned

Money In The Bank is one of the highlights of the WWE calendar as the marquee ladder matches tend to be some of the more interesting matches in WWE.  With two briefcases on the line that virtually guarantee a title reign this event comes with a lot of intrigue.  As always betting odds can provide an insight into what we may see go down on any given wrestling show so it’s time for our Money In The Bank betting odds analysis for the early favorites.  Odds courtesy of SkyBet unless otherwise specified.

Money In The Bank Betting Odds Early Favorites

Raw Tag Team Championship – AJ Styles & Omos vs Erik & Ivar

The champions (Styles & Omos) are the overwhelming favorites to retain here.  Currently sitting at 1/6 it seems like the champions will retain against the Viking Raiders.

Raw Women’s Championship – Rhea Ripley vs Charlotte Flair

This match is on a knife-edge and could swing either way as we get closer to the show.  The recently reawakened Rhea Ripley is currently the very, very slight favorite at 8/11.  Charlotte Flair is not far behind at 1/1.  Flair is likely to get a title win at any time in WWE so it’s not surprising that this one is so up in the air as nobody really knows what the plan could be for this title come SummerSlam.  Keep an eye on this match to fluctuate in the coming days.

Universal Championship – Roman Reigns vs Edge

Roman Reigns is predictably the heavy favorite to come away with the win over the recent returnee Edge.  Reigns is currently sitting at 1/5 odds to win.  Roman Reigns has yet to be beaten since his return at last year’s SummerSlam and one would imagine his first loss will receive more build-up than this Edge match has received.

WWE Championship – Bobby Lashley vs Kofi Kingston

Unsurprisingly the betting odds once again indicate a champion retaining here.  Bobby Lashley is 1/10 odds on favorite to retain against Kofi Kingston.  Despite WWE’s best attempts to plant seeds of doubt, it doesn’t seem like Kofi Kingston is a big enough threat to Lashley to sway the odds in his favor.  Lashley’s end goal as champion is uncertain but the Money In The Banks betting odds are adamant that Kofi Kingston isn’t it.

Women’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match

Unfortunately, with spots in this match still open, there are no betting odds available for this match.  We’ll likely have to wait until closer to the show for us to gain an indication of who will win this match.

Men’s Money In The Bank Ladder Match

In a potentially surprising move, Riddle is currently the betting favorite to win this match at 6/4.  Big E is in second place at 11/4  while Seth Rollins rounds out the top 3 at 9/2.  It’s interesting to us that Drew McIntyre is currently at 6/1, making him the fifth most likely to win according to the betting odds.  McIntyre would usually be the favorite in a match like this but current betting odds are pointing to some new faces getting elevated.
