During the IMPACT Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling summit on the June 10 episode of IMPACT Wrestling, a major shake-up to the Against All Odds main event was announced. Kenny Omega will defend the IMPACT World Championship against Moose. The match will not take place at IMPACT’s home Skyway Studios, but rather, the home of AEW: Daily’s Place.
The change in the main event came as a result of Tony Khan, Don Callis, and Scott D’Amore‘s meeting in the ring this week on IMPACT. Don Callis has played mind games with Moose and Sami Callihan over the past couple of weeks. This led Scott D’Amore to push for a triple threat main event at Against All Odds. With Kenny Omega holding both the IMPACT and AEW World Titles, Tony Kahn appeared on IMPACT this week to sort the issue out. Khan announced during the meeting that the main event of Against All Odds will occur at Daily’s Place.

That was not the only development to come out of the encounter between the three executives. The winner of the match between Moose and Omega will face Sami Callihan at Slammiversary for the IMPACT World title. Another match for Against All Odds was made during the encounter.
