#AndNEW: Jeff Cannonball Wins H2O Danny Havoc Hardcore Championship

Jeff Cannonball Wins Hardcore Title

It was a night long overdue. On Saturday at Hardcore Hustle Organization (H2O)‘s Misery Business event, Jeff Cannonball defeated Bam Sullivan to end his 169-day reign as H2O Danny Havoc Hardcore Champion. Cannonball becomes just the second wrestler to hold the title, which was created in October of 2020 as a tribute to H2O owner Matt Tremont‘s longtime friend, Danny Havoc, who tragically passed away last May. Bam Sullivan won the inaugural title at H2O Last Extravaganza, a two-night tournament held on October 30 and October 31, defeating Alex Colon in the final.

Jeff Cannonball is a 13-year veteran of the New Jersey indie and deathmatch circuit, having cut his teeth in promotions like National Wrestling Superstars (NWS) and Jersey Championship Wrestling (JCW), and then continuing on with Game Changer Wrestling (GCW), On Point Wrestling (OPW), and H2O. He’s also made appearances with the likes of Combat Zone Wrestling (CZW), Vicious Outcast Wrestling (VOW), and Limitless Wrestling. Cannonball, a former 2x H2O Heavyweight Champion now holds his third current title, as he’s also the reigning Inter Species Wrestling (ISW) Falls Count Anywhere Champion in Quebec, Canada, and the STAR Pro Heavyweight Champion (STAR is a newer promotion based out of Pennsylvania that also runs in New Jersey). The hardcore veteran has also become a viral sensation on the internet for his Short Soda Reviews on Twitter.
