ROH 19th Anniversary Show

Deppen, King, Dickinson, Homicide Stand Tall at ROH 19th Anniversary Show

Ring of Honor‘s 19th Anniversary pay-per-view ended with both La Facción Ingobernable and The Foundation staring up at the ring lights. Tony Deppen, Brody King, Chris Dickinson, and Homicide made their presence felt at the end of the ROH 19th Anniversary Show.

RUSH retained his ROH World Heavyweight Championship against Jay Lethal in a night where The Foundation won the ROH World Television Title and World Tag Team Titles back from LFI. As the main event concluded, LFI stormed the ring to beat down a defeated Jay Lethal. The Foundation would quickly answer as an all-out brawl broke out. LFI would get the upper hand, leaving The Foundation staring up at the ring lights.

Brody King appeared on the stage to call out LFI and announced that he brought back up with him. Tony Deppen appeared behind King as they approached the ring. King stopped Deppen as Homicide and Dickinson came up behind LFI. The four men charged the ring leaving LFI on the defensive before clearing them out of the ring. Just as the four men appeared to come to the aid of The Foundation, King would turn Lethal inside out with a clothesline. This left Deppen, King, Dickinson, and Homicide standing tall as pay-per-view went off the air.

Deppen was ranked number two in the World Television Title rankings going into the ROH 19th Anniversary Show. With his part in the attack on The Foundation and current champion Tracy Williams, he is likely next in line for a title shot. King was last seen being put through a table by LFI on ROH TV after coming to the aid of Deppen. This marks the ROH return for Chris Dickinson who made a one-off appearance in 2015. This event also marks the ROH return for Homicide, who is a former ROH World Champion.
