Sami Callihan Re-Signs With IMPACT Wrestling On 2 Year Deal

Sami Callihan Re-signs

Sami Callihan took to Twitter to announce that he has re-signed with IMPACT Wrestling for two more years. Since 2018 Callihan has been a key player for IMPACT Wrestling and he is set to stay with the company which is good news for both parties.

Former IMPACT World Champion Callihan has been a top heel in the company ever since an incident where he accidentally hit injured Eddie Edwards with a baseball bat.  Callihan used the incident to further his heel persona and become a merciless, disgusting, cretin that remained at the top of the company thanks to help from his oVe faction.

After dropping the IMPACT title to Tessa Blanchard Callihan briefly returned to the company as a hacker babyface and teamed with Ken Shamrock.  The two have returned to the evil side in recent months and Callihan has once again set his sights on Eddie Edwards, the two are set to clash once again on the first episode of IMPACT! On AXS TV  of 2021.  With his re-signing Callihan will likely be a main player in IMPACT for some time to come and may even get another run as world champion, maybe next time he’ll hold it for longer than just 79 days.
