WWE’s UK Women’s Tryout Participants

UK Women's Tryout Participants

WWE is currently running a women’s only tryout in the UK.  The news was first broken by WrestleTalk who provided a list of the participants.  As many of the names are still young women making their impression on the scene most of the names will fly under the radar of people who don’t keep up with the UK and Irish wrestling scene.  We will be providing a complete rundown of the women at the tryout and provide free and legal matches where possible.  WWE has since released full details of the tryout.  Here are your WWE UK Women’s Tryout participants

Debbie Keitel

An Irish wrestler who has wrestled all over the island of Ireland from Celtic Championship Wrestling to Over The Top (OTT) Wrestling and everywhere in between.  Her rivalry with Raven Creed saw the two go to war many times in some of the best women’s matches in Irish Wrestling history.  Once a babyface that could get any crowd behind her and now a Woke Queen who turns the fans against her she is a diverse wrestler that can be anything you need.

Session Moth Martina

Photo: WWE

Irish Wrestling star the Session Moth Martina became one of the most popular performers in OTT thanks to her party-loving, beer drinking character.  Her antics have helped her tour the world as a comedy performer.  Don’t let the character or comedy decieve you though Martina is one of the best unsigned wrestlers in the world today after two tours of Stardom in 2018 saw her improve in the ring by leaps and bounds.  A former two-time OTT Women’s Champion, former OTT Gender Neutral Champion, former ICW Women’s Champion and current Discovery Wrestling Women’s Champion Martina is one of the best around and would be a huge asset to the WWE.  Probably the biggest name out of all of the UK Women’s tryout participants and one that people have wanted to see get signed for the longest time.

Jayde

Jayde is someone that has it.  She has an awesome look and conveys personality while in the ring.  Her character work is also really good.  For someone that only debuted in 2016, Jayde has the abilities of someone much more experienced.  A regular for HOPE Wrestling has also made appearances at Breed, SWE, Good Wrestling and IPW:UK among others.

Raven Creed

Photo: OTT

A trainee of CCW Raven Creed has defied all expectation and become women’s champion of OTT.  Originally her dark promos and twisted character made her a hated heel, as was the fact she feuded with fan favorite Debbie Keitel, but after months of impressive performances in OTT, after being the shining light of the now-defunct CCW, she captured the OTT Women’s Championship at Defiant 2, an all women’s show, dethroning the hated Sammii Jayne and becoming a huge babyface star in the process as the famed Tivoli theatre was treated to one last memorable moment.  Since then she has held down the women’s division in OTT and made her debut for EVE.  The sky is the limit for Creed as she has the total package to be a wrestling star.
