5. Las Vegas Raiders
Geno Smith had his best game of the season against the Jacksonville Jaguars, but his overall body of work with the Raiders has left a lot to be desired. After originally salvaging his career with Pete Carroll in Seattle, the two reunited in Vegas with hopes of bringing this team to the postseason. That hasn’t happened, as the Raiders are 2-6 while Smith leads the league in interceptions (11).
Smith’s contract means the team probably can’t get rid of him in 2026, but they can bring in some competition. Seeing as it’s projected to be a weak quarterback class, the Las Vegas Raiders could bring in Kyler Murray and have the two NFC West veterans battle for the starting job.
