Borussia Dortmund Team News
Gregor Kobel starts in goal behind a back line of Waldemar Anton, Ramy Bensebaini, Daniel Svensson, Nilas Sule, and Julian Ryerson in the usual back five. Pascal Gross partners Marcel Sabitzer in the midfield pivot. Julian Brandt and Karim Adeyemi are the inside forwards playing behind striker Serhou Guirassy.
Notable Changes
This is almost the exact lineup that Nico Kovac has put out recently with the only change being in the middle of the park, where he once again cycles through partnerships with Felix Nmecha missing out for a Gross/Sabitzer pairing which should be interesting. The rest of the lineup is the strongest setup which is understandable given their good run of form to end the Bundesliga season, they’ll be hoping to carry that momentum into this tournament.
