Sky Sports Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg has reported that there is active contact between the Gunners’ management and the Frenchman’s representatives over a possible summer move. It’s claimed that “both sides in ongoing communication” as the Premier League side look for ways to get a possible deal done.

The reporter also states that Mikel Arteta’s side are well aware that Coman is interested in the prospect of moving to a Saudi Pro League club in the summer and earning big money. However, Arsenal have still expressed their interest in signing the 28-year-old in the summer. Plettenberg claims that Coman is expected to part ways with Bayern Munich in the summer and there is open dialogue between his representatives and the club about that, with the Bavarians set to replace him with a new signing once he leaves.

Coman, who has won the Bundesliga titles eight times with Bayern Munich along with a bunch of other trophies, has 92 goal contributions (45 goals, 47 assists) in 222 league games.
