Club’s Previous ‘Derisory’ Loan Offer Rejected by Fiorentina

However, the offer also contained a break clause, which would allow the Manchester club to end the loan deal in January, with the Serie A side only guaranteed to receive around £850,00o from the deal. The offer was described as “derisory” by the journalist and was swiftly rejected by the club.

Now, United appear to be keen to wrap up a deal for the Morrocan midfielder. It is understood that Amrabat has made clear that he “wants to join” Erik ten Hag’s side and will not consider other clubs while a move to United is still possible.

Fulham ‘Not in the Race’ For United Target Despite Interest

Fulham have been searching for a midfielder to replace Joao Palhinha, after news of Bayern Munich’s intention to sign their star player. United’s own Scott McTominay is understood to be a potential target, however, it has also been reported that the West London club have made a £25.6 million offer to sign Amrabat.

Despite the lofty ambition demonstrated by The Cottagers, Romano has claimed in his reports that Fulham will not be involved at this stage. It is unlikely they will have the opportunity to land the player’s signature unless talks between Fiorentina and The Red Devils completely break down.
