Romano said:
“So we wait for the exchange to be completed and then Marc Cucurella is expected to become a new Manchester United player because he already agreed terms.
“While I’m speaking, Cucurella is close to joining Man United.”
Marc Cucurella Fee Will Not Be What Chelsea Wanted

Despite being out of favour at the club, Chelsea were hoping to receive a substantial fee of £7 million to allow the Spaniard to leave on loan. However, it appears unlikely that an agreement will be particularly close to that figure, with United’s original proposal falling far short of that valuation.
On the subject of a loan fee, Romano said:
“Chelsea and United are negotiating. The initial bid from Manchester United was £2 million, Chelsea wanted £7 million.
“But, from what I’m hearing, Chelsea will not receive £7 million. It’s going to be less than this.
