Bournemouth Transfer Activity So Far
The Cherries are set to add heavily to their squad this summer after comments made by the club’s owner, Bill Foley, on talkSPORT revealed they will be “very busy” in the transfer market.
So far, there have been two additions to Andoni Iraola’s squad, with Justin Kluivert joining from AS Roma and Romain Faivre from Lyon – although the latter has been shipped out on loan to FC Lorient for the 2023/24 season.

Iraola’s squad may have just returned from a training camp in Spain, but the recruitment team at the Vitality Stadium has remained active with several other players being linked with a move to the South Coast.
Ecuadorian winger Gonzalo Plata and Real Valladolid teammate Ivan Fresneda have been two names mentioned, alongside Newcastle goalkeeper Karl Darlow. But it is the Cherries’ pursuit of a new left-back that has taken centre stage with the departures of Jordan Zemura and Matias Vina leaving the squad thin.

Kerkez Arrives In England
As Romano reports, Bournemouth have already agreed a deal worth £15.5 million with AZ Alkmaar for the services of Kerkez. Now, the journalist has confirmed that the left-back will sign for the Dorset club upon completing his medical.

The player is already in England and will be a Bournemouth player by the end of Wednesday, July 19, the Italian journalist goes on to reveal.
Romano also says that the Hungarian has penned a four-year deal with the Premier League side.
It is unknown yet how much the young defender will earn on the South Coast, but it will surely be a vast improvement on the £~1,000 a week he currently earns in the Eredivisie.
